Brunei Birth Certificate and Document Attestation

When a person is planning to go Brunei Darussalam for job or study purposes, his/her Educational or Non-Educational Documents needs to be attested from Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate present in India.

If some company of India is planning to Export or Import their commodities to or from Brunei Darussalam, then it is mandatory to attest some relevant documents from Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate in India. Subsequently, if some Indian based company is planning to establish their business in Brunei Darussalam, then also it is mandatory to attest some commercial documents, related to the establishment of firm, needs to be attest from the Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate in India.

PROCESS

Non-Educational Document or Certificate Legalization from Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate, New Delhi

  • Firstly the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the State Level Attestation Department / General Administrative Department (GAD) / Regional Attestation Center (RAC) e. i. the non-educational Certificate or Document will be attested from the Indian State’s Attestation Department from where it has been issued.
  • After completion the above said process the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
  • Finally the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate present in India.

OR

  • Firstly the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Home Department, Mumbai (Mumbai Mantralaya).
  • After completion the above said process the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
  • Finally the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be legalized by the Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate present in India.

Commercial Document or Certificate Legalization from Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate, New Delhi 

  • Firstly the Commercial Certificate or Document will be attested by the Chambers of Commerce.
  • After completion the above said process the Commercial Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
  • Finally the Commercial Certificate or Document will be legalized by the Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate present in India.
