STEP 1 – The necessary documents should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce. (The Commercial document could be attested from Chambers of Commerce anywhere in India)

STEP 2 – Then it will be attested from Ministry of External Affairs   (MEA), New Delhi.

STEP 3 – After that, Commercial Documents will be attested from Kuwait Embassy or Kuwait Consulate present in India.
