A. Police Clearance Certificate Attestation from Kuwait Embassy, India :-

1. Firstly, you have to get Attestation on your Police Clearance Certificate from respective State Home Department.
2. Secondly, the document will be attested by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi
3. Finally the document will be attested or Legalized by the Kuwait Embassy or Consulate in New Delhi.

• Original Attested Police Clearance Certificate
• Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page)

B. Police Clearance Certificate Attestation from Kuwait Embassy, India :-

Police Clearance Certificate Attestation by Kuwait Embassy, India, can also be done through alternative process. In case, where you cannot attest Police Clearance Certificate from respective state Home Department.

1. It will be attested Police Clearance Certificate from Notary Public, New Delhi
2. Then, by Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) , New Delhi
3. After that, it will be attested by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi
4. Finally the document will be attested or Legalized by the Kuwait Embassy or Consulate in New Delhi.

• Original Police Clearance Certificate.
• Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page).

Process 01
